Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order. Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Orders
- Free Shipping on orders over $99 USD
- Orders under $99 USD: Shipping cost calculated at checkout

Important Notes for International Customers
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are your responsibility and not included in the shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or modify your order within 5 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@thebridgesystemmethod.com. After this time, the order may already be in processing.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a generous 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all unopened products.
Eligibility
- Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in original sealed packaging with all factory seals intact.
- The 60-day period starts from the date you receive the product.
How to Return an Item

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping). Please keep the item until we advise you.

Important Notes
- Opened or partially used products cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
